provide food and service to a Birthday/Anniversary party to be held in our home. Over 80 guests were invited and the event
was to be both indoors & outdoors. As it was to be an afternoon event, we opted to utilize Joanne's English
High Tea with menu items both passed around and self serve on a table. We received many compliments
on the quality and presentation of the food items as well on the friendliness of the servers. Half an hour after the
party ended, Joanne and her team left and the kitchen area was spotless. A job very well done!

persons, and a budget. She provided me with an innovative proposed menu for approval, which I accepted
in its entirety.

the day, Joanne arrived in plenty of time to prep and lay out. The fact that it was raining did not phase
her. We rearranged the inside furniture to accommodate all the dishes etc.
In summary the menu, presentation and serving were all excellent.
