A very
successful Grand Opening was held on Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Cellar Jazz Club in Vancouver. Over 50 people attended
and enjoyed several items from our menus and the music of Jazz Cats Trio headed by Cory Weeds on sax, with Bill Weeds on guitar
and Andre Lachance on bass, with guest Chris Gestrin on piano.
A big thank you to everyone who helped during the day with set-up, food preparation,
serving and a very big thank you to Cory Weeds, owner of the Cellar Jazz Club for his support and for allowing Jazz Cats to
use the kitchen at the Cellar for catering events.
